1. Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after receiving the
initial token amount as specified by our travel experts. The balance amount must be paid
according to the schedule provided in your itinerary.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be intimated in writing. Refund amounts depend on the timing of the
cancellation:
- 30+ days before travel: 90% Refund of the total amount.
- 15-30 days before travel: 50% Refund of the total amount.
- 0-15 days before travel: No Refund / Credit Note possible at management discretion.
Non-Refundable Expenses
Flights, certain luxury hotels, and seasonal permit fees are often 100% non-refundable
from the moment of booking. These will be deducted before calculating refunds.
3. Liability and Responsibilities
Singh Travel Manali acts as an agent between travelers and service providers. While we strive
for excellence, we are not liable for delays, losses, or injuries caused by:
- Natural disasters or landslides.
- Flight / Train cancellations or delays.
- Health issues or high-altitude sickness.
- Traffic conditions or road blockages.
4. Disputes
All disputes are subject to Mandi (Himachal Pradesh) jurisdiction only. We encourage mutual
discussion to resolve any issues during the tour.
